What We Do
At Human Dynamics, we go through a systematic hiring process to ensure that the maids we recommend meets your unique requirements.
Step 1: Understand Your Need
We will start with conducting interviews with you to understand your specific needs and requirements.
This will allow us to properly identify and select maids who possess the skills, talents and willingness to perform your required daily tasks.
Step 2: Agency - Maid Interview
We ensure good maids who could meet your specific needs and recommended by interviewing the candidates and update their bio-data according to our findings.
This allows us to filter out maids who do not meet your family needs. This will save you time and effort in the selection process.
Step 3: Hassle Free Process
Once you have chosen the maid to hire, we will make the employing process as smooth as possible by digitising all procedures.
As for elderly or less-tech-savvy employers, we will travel to your premises to obtain signatures, carry out interviews and prepare all necessary documents for submission to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Additionally, we will pick up the maid from your home to carry out all procedures, so as not to disrupt your busy schedule.
Step 4: Our Own Transport Fleet
The process of bringing a new maid to your home involves coordinating and arranging transport to various locations such as your home, embassies, airport, medical centre, lodging facilities, Ministry of Manpower, and our office.
We will ensure all arrangements are on time and keep you informed throughout the entire process.
All you need to do is sit home and relax while waiting for the maid to arrive at your home.
Step 5: Maid Training
Upon the arrival of maid in Singapore, we will brief and carry out an orientation to welcome them and remind them of their purpose for working in Singapore. This includes mindset training, basic housework training and other domestic work
This will also serve as another round of screening to ensure that the maid meets your specific needs and requirements.
Step 6: After Employment Support
During the maid's two years of contract, if there are any issues that arise, we will provide counselling and training to help her keep on track to your requirements.
We will also handle the necessary transportation, picking her up from your home without disrupting your schedule, to our office for the training and counselling.
Step 7: Renewal Process
We have a system that will closely monitor your maid's work permit expiry and this is to ensure that you do not miss the renewal deadline to avoid any care giving downtime.
Step 8: Maid Home Leave / Contract End
We will arrange all the necessary procedures and documents to send your maid home or home leave, such as booking air tickets, preparing documents for embassies, airport transportation, and maid insurance without you needing to lift a finger.
